Trainee Sales Consultant

Trainee Account Executive | Hybrid in Berlin | Fluent German & English required | 3 stage process | €38-€55k + Variable (€12-€20k per year)

I am working with an AI based business in Berlin who need multiple account executives to join their team and continue to expand their successful sales team.

We are looking for motivated individuals who want to join a supportive environment & introduction to B2B Software Sales and build a career alongside a growing business.

They have a proven succession plan & training programme for people like you to help take you to the next level from both a financial & seniority stand point.

Skills:

• Have a Bachelors and or a Masters degree
• Confidence to be customer facing
• Want to host product demos with clients
• Some form of work experience in sales or internships - ideally

Information:

• Hybrid in Berlin - 3 days in the office
• Profitable start up
• Fluent German
• 3 stage interview process
• Salary - varying based on experience but ranging from €35,000-€55,000 + variable OTE
• Opportunity to move into a more senior role within the first 6-12 months
