Location: Wemding, Germany

Program Overview

• Unlimited contract from day one, ensuring a secure professional future.
• Four 6‑month assignments over two years (October 2026 – September 2028), covering interdisciplinary projects in automotive supply chain.
• International exposure with rotations in Wemding and abroad in Veszprem (Hungary) and Tuam (Ireland).
• Individual Program Plan to guide tailored development and continuous feedback.
• Regular check‑in talks, pulse surveys, and mentorship from senior leaders.
• Opportunities to transition to roles in system engineering or project management after program completion.
• Relocation and accommodation support throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Valid permit to work in Germany and the EU.
• Master’s degree from a technical university, up to 2 years after graduation.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Short experience abroad (working or study).
• Previous short working experience during or after studies.
• Above‑average study results (ideally a 2.0 GPA or better).
• High enthusiasm, motivation, and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical issues in English.
• Autonomous decision‑making and proactive attitude.
• Team player capable of working within a multinational environment.
