Traineeship in Project Management

Responsibilities

• You will work on societal communications projects — from prevention to the energy transition — and bring events to life: digital, hybrid and live.
• You will independently manage sub-projects and use professional project management tools.
• You will develop innovative concepts — with ideas for dialogue events, social media (SoMe) or stakeholder communications — for clients in topics that truly matter: democracy, infrastructure, the energy transition, education, prevention and sustainability.
• You will keep projects on track: organizing meetings, coordinating alignments and monitoring schedules and deadlines.
• You will coordinate external service providers, monitor budgets and work with KPIs.
• You will support clients both substantively and organizationally — from briefing to meeting. Precise, reliable and forward-looking.

Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in communications, project management, business administration, social or political sciences.
• Initial practical experience in an agency or comparable environment — internships count.
• Ideally, knowledge of renewable energies, infrastructure projects or prevention programs.
• Experience or strong interest in working with political stakeholders — e.g., state and local government, ministries, federal agencies, political parties or political foundations.
• Structured, team-oriented working style with organizational talent and a good number sense.
• Excellent German language skills, good English skills, willingness to travel and a valid Class B (car) driving licence.
