Your Tasks

Develop global training and enablement concepts for CRM and sales processes.
Deliver role-based training for sales, management, and leadership.
Drive change management and communication initiatives.
Measure adoption and define corrective actions.
Develop and support regional trainers and local champions.
Build AI literacy and responsible usage awareness in sales.
Train users on AI-supported CRM features and analytics.
Enable confidence and trust in data- and AI-driven decision-making.

Your profile

Degree in Business Administration, Learning & Development, Psychology, or similar.
Experience in training design, sales training, or change management in an international environment.
Experience developing role-based learning journeys and digital training formats.
Strong change-management capabilities and experience supporting global rollouts.
Experience measuring adoption and defining corrective actions.
Strong communication and coaching abilities.
Familiarity with CRM training, sales processes, and digital adoption tools.
Ability to explain and train features in a simple, user-focused way.
Fluent in English, German language proficiency is desirable.
