Training Professional​

In this role, you will deliver high-quality automotive training for participants in Germany, both on-site and remotely. You’ll develop and update training materials, collaborate to design programs, and assess learner outcomes to drive impact. You’ll stay current with industry standards and help customers, partners, and Sales teams maximize value. The position involves travel and close cross-functional collaboration to align training with business goals and customer needs. This role offers the opportunity to shape learning experiences at a global automotive software and services company.

• Deliver on-site and remote training sessions with high quality and knowledge transfer
• Develop and refresh training materials (presentations, handouts, resources)
• Collaborate with the training team to identify needs, design programs, and schedule training
• Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated on automotive standards, regulations, and best practices and integrate them into trainings
• Build strong relationships with customers and address training-related inquiries
• Improve training methodologies to increase effectiveness and efficiency
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align training objectives with business goals
• Monitor training program effectiveness and report findings with recommendations
• Support Sales as SME for training and assist in closing opportunities
• Collaborate with Professional Services on country/region projects and migrations across Solera platforms
• Aim to meet KPIs on training quality and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Sales and Rev Ops to support revenue targets

• Strong understanding of automotive standards and processes, especially for body shop segment
• Proven experience delivering automotive training to varied participant levels
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility with stakeholders
• Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments
• Motivated, customer-centric and results-driven
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel for on-site training
• Proficiency with virtual training platforms and tools
• Knowledge of automotive industry and experience in collision repair or related fields (preferred)
