Transaction Services Consultant / Manager

We are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a growing advisory platform looking to strengthen its Transaction Services team in Germany.

The team is seeking German-speaking professionals with strong Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services experience who are interested in joining a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment with exposure to mid-market transactions.

Key Requirements

• Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience
• Strong exposure to buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
