Phillipsburg Time Type Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and administrate the Transport Management System Cello (TMS)
• Plan and process outbound and return transport orders in TMS
• Coordinate and monitor execution of transport orders with the involved carriers
• Manage customer claims in connection with transportation
• Monitor the performance of the carriers and report related KPIs
• Ensure complete and correct billing of transport services and additional costs in connection with transportation
• Report irregularities in operational processes
• Support the onboarding/training of new colleagues in process workflows
• Contribute to various tasks arising in warehouse operations

Desired Requirements

• Logistics education (at least common ground with Logistics)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Customer oriented, curious, eager to learn and pro‑active attitude
• Constructive problem‑solving skills
• Proficient level of German in speaking and writing
• Ability to prioritise multiple requests and responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
• Team player, built and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders involved
• Education: Logistics training or equivalent experience
• Experience: profound experience in transport / freight forwarding
• Specific knowledge: English (at least B2 – written and spoken)
