Treasury and FP&A Manager (Fully Remote)

• We are seeking a hybrid Treasury and FP&A Manager to own day-to-day treasury operations and support strategic finance initiatives.
• You will manage the company's cash position, payment processing, and forecasting, while also driving covenant compliance and financial modeling.
• This role is key to ensuring financial integrity and supporting business decisions as a public company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily cash position files, manage payment processing, and maintain short-term and long-term cash forecasts.
• Produce weekly and monthly cash reporting packages for executive leadership.
• Lead lender communications, covenant compliance, and support budgeting, reforecasting, and strategic financial modeling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with 6+ years of progressive experience in treasury, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Hands-on experience with daily cash positioning, forecasting, payment processing, and lender/covenant management.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, plus experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or Sage Intacct.
