Overview

In this VP role within Corporate Treasury & Capital Planning, you oversee European entities’ capital resources, supporting planning, optimization and governance of capital and liquidity. You’ll lead ICAAP governance, capital optimization projects and regulatory interactions, coordinating with Finance, Risk and business units worldwide. You drive process improvements and deliver high‑quality regulatory responses, while developing a high‑performing team. This role offers meaningful impact through shaping capital strategy and sustaining resilient capital adequacy.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Lead ICAAP governance for European entities and related capital planning activities
  • Manage capital optimization projects including capital allocation and legal entity structures
  • Lead regulatory engagements and coordinate supervisory reviews and remediation outcomes
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Risk and business units to align capital strategy
  • Prepare and present capital materials for governance and regulatory forums, providing insight and recommendations
  • Identify and implement process enhancements and automation in Capital Planning and Management
  • Perform capital analysis for European entities, including setting targets and limits
  • Contribute to strategic Treasury projects (dividends, infusions, restructurings)
  • Respond to senior management and regulatory requests
  • Mentor, develop and manage a team of capital planning professionals
  • Build relationships with Corporate Treasury, Finance, Risk, Legal and Operations groups
  • Translate Firmwide goals into actionable departmental objectives
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering an inclusive environment
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Advanced understanding of Treasury and capital frameworks (ICAAP, stress testing, capital planning, recovery planning)
  • Strong project management and ability to learn quickly on the job
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis with clear communication of complex problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication for cross‑office and global interactions
  • Adept at fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
