Treasury Manager (human)

You think in cashflows rather than problems, keep a clear overview even in turbulent times, and have a knack for smart financial solutions? Then become our new Treasury Manager and bring fresh energy to our liquidity and financial management.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for short- and medium-term liquidity planning and management across the corporate group


• Steering and optimizing group-wide cash and liquidity management


• Selecting, negotiating, and implementing financing solutions (e.g., factoring, credit lines, supply chain financing)


• Close collaboration with banks, financing providers, and internal departments


• Monitoring and further developing internal treasury processes, payment systems, and guidelines


• Supporting the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management


• Contributing to M&A projects and structured financing (e.g., sale-and-leaseback, ABS)

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Finance, Economics, or a comparable field


• At least 3 years of professional experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Cash Management


• Experience with financing instruments such as factoring, leasing, working capital financing


• Analytical thinking, a hands-on mentality, and strong communication skills
