Responsibilities Treasury Risk Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you take ownership of financial risk and investment topics within a developing treasury function. You work closely with the Head of Treasury and contribute both conceptually and operationally to building robust frameworks, while remaining actively involved in day‑to‑day execution.

Review and further develop the group’s hedging and investment approaches, including related processes and policies
Monitor FX, interest rate, liquidity and selected counterparty risks, and prepare analyses to support hedging and risk mitigation decisions
Manage and execute FX and investment transactions, while supporting the optimisation of liquidity allocation and interest income
Help build and enhance the required treasury infrastructure, including trading arrangements, system connectivity, banking setup and related tools
Support financing activities and broader treasury transactions, including intercompany funding, settlements, interest payments and documentation workflows
Contribute to cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across short‑, mid‑ and long‑term horizons
Ensure compliance with treasury policies, controls and governance requirements, and support the ongoing professionalisation of the treasury framework

Ideal Treasury Risk Manager (m/f/d)

You bring approximately 4–8 years of experience in treasury or financial risk management, with a solid understanding of FX, interest rate and liquidity topics. You are analytically strong and comfortable working with financial data and models. You can translate complex risk topics into clear insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience with hedging instruments or treasury systems is beneficial but not essential. You thrive in environments that are still maturing and enjoy helping to build and structure processes. You take ownership of your topics and are comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy. English is required; German is a plus.
