RZ HR Studio is hiring for UGC Video Editors for clients in our Remote Talent Network.

These are performance-driven eCommerce brands, DTC companies, and marketing agencies that rely on creative to drive growth. If you know how to turn raw footage into scroll‑stopping ads that capture attention and convert, we'd love to connect with you.

WHO YOU'RE JOINING

You will be joining a curated network of eCommerce operators and matched with brands that are actively scaling. Our clients are 7‑8 figure DTC and eCommerce brands, performance marketing agencies, SaaS companies, and growth‑focused businesses. They hire for results, not resumes.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Edit UGC‑style video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms
• Create engaging hooks, captions, transitions, graphics, sound design, and visual effects that improve retention
• Transform raw creator footage into performance‑focused ad creatives
• Collaborate asynchronously with creative strategists, media buyers, and brand teams
• Produce multiple creative variations for testing and iteration
• Stay current on creative trends, winning ad formats, and platform best practices

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience editing UGC‑style ads for eCommerce, DTC brands, lead generation businesses, SaaS companies, or marketing agencies
• Portfolio demonstrating UGC or performance‑focused video work (required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and direct‑response creative principles
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently in a remote, async environment
• Reliable setup and professional approach to client work
