UKG Pro WFM Project Manager

Support pre-planning for a UKG Pro WFM implementation in Germany. You will coordinate with Operations, HR, Payroll, and Labor Relations to document and validate current time and attendance policies, processes, and requirements. This is an interim role until the designated project manager is available around March or April 2027. The formal project kickoff is expected in April 2027.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Payroll, and other relevant teams.
• Document and validate current time and attendance policies, processes, and requirements.
• Identify areas that need decisions or alignment with HR policies.
• Coordinate with Labor Relations and organize information needed for worker council discussions.
• Prepare project documentation for the upcoming blueprint and support a smooth handoff to the designated project manager.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German.
• Knowledge of German time and attendance policies, local labor laws, and labor practices.
• Experience coordinating across business functions and documenting processes and requirements.
• Project management experience with a major HCM or time and attendance initiative.
• UKG Pro WFM implementation or pre-planning experience is preferred.
• UKG technical expertise is not required.
• Must be able to work Germany business hours. You do not need to be based in Germany.
