Utility Sales Manager – DACH

Stellenbeschreibung:

We are looking for a Utility Sales Manager to develop SOFAR’s utility-scale solar and energy storage business across the DACH region. This role will focus on building partnerships, developing project opportunities, and driving sales growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop utility-scale PV and energy storage business across the DACH region
  • Build and manage relationships with EPCs, developers, installers, and key project partners
  • Identify and onboard new regional partners and project opportunities
  • Drive sales targets through partner development and relationship management
  • Work closely with internal Product, Marketing, Technical Support, and Solutions teams
  • Monitor market trends, project progress, and partner performance

Requirements

  • Existing network of EPCs, installers, developers, or utility-scale project partners in DACH
  • Proven experience in utility-scale solar, PV inverter, energy storage, EPC sales, or project-based sales
  • Strong understanding of the DACH renewable energy market
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to manage sales pipelines independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Cross-border project sales experience in DACH is a plus
