VA Leadership SME – Medical Health Services Manager, Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as Team Lead for the WV-QIP Phase II project
• Lead the development, review, and implementation of quality improvement frameworks
• Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities
• Oversee the assessment of VA Medical Center performance data
• Mentor and provide technical direction to project team members
• Monitor project progress against established timelines

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain VA facility access credentials
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a federal contracting or government program environment
