The Role: Validation Manager – Manufacturing & Packaging Processes

Work Model: Hybrid (3x per week at the office)

Eligibility: Currently living in Germany and legally authorized to work there

We are looking for an experienced Validation Manager to join a highly regulated manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in product introductions, technology transfers, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support validation activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain Validation Master Plans, protocols, and reports.
• Analyze process and product data to drive improvements and corrective actions.
• Support technology transfers and process optimization projects.
• Lead deviation investigations and technical trials.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, Annex 15, EU GMP Guidelines, and 21 CFR 210/211.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Regulatory teams.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a scientific or engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in validation within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, Annex 15, EU GMP, and 21 CFR 210/211.
• Experience with manufacturing and/or packaging processes.
• Proven background in process optimization, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
• Fluent German and English (mandatory).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
