Your mission

• You are responsible for implementing a grant program for founders (Prototyping Grants) and selecting teams worthy of funding
• You handle the screening and selection of promising candidates for pre‑seed capital investments
• Based on your analysis and due diligence, you prepare decision memos for the investment committee
• You assist in the maintenance of our IT infrastructure
• You support in the creation of reporting documents
• You source dealflow at virtual and in‑person events

Your profile

• You hold a degree in a business‑related or technical field (e.g., economics, business administration, engineering, computer science or similar)
• You have initial experience in VC or starting a venture, ideally with a tech background
• You are passionate about complex, innovative technologies and eager to further develop and successfully manage an innovative investment program
• You enjoy taking responsibility, developing creative solutions, and making decisions
• You have fluent English skills and excellent communication abilities
