Vehicle Damage Claims Manager, Automotive Claims Handler

Responsibilities:

• You are the personal point of contact and advisor for people affected by accidents
• You accompany your clients from the technical damage assessment to the successful enforcement and payout of all accident-related claims
• You arrange an appraiser, a replacement vehicle, and a reliable repair shop for your clients as needed
• You communicate via the fairforce software with clients, insurance companies, partners, and authorities
• You support our clients empathically and with a solution-oriented approach in the exceptional situation of an accident

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience handling motor vehicle accident damage claims
• Confident use of laptops and digital work tools
• Basic hands‑on experience with AI tools
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help
• Customer-focused, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong written and spoken German (at least C1)
