In Germany, we are expanding our presence and building a strong local team to support the launch and growth of the Chery brand. We are looking for experienced professionals to help establish and strengthen the Chery brand in the German market.

Your Role

As a Vehicle Logistics Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing finished vehicle logistics operations across Europe, covering vehicle imports, ports, storage facilities, transportation, inventory management, and final delivery.

Working closely with logistics partners, dealers, internal teams, and headquarters, you will help ensure the timely, safe, and cost-efficient delivery of vehicles while continuously improving logistics processes and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage finished vehicle logistics operations across Europe, including vehicle imports, ports, transit and storage facilities, and final dealer delivery.
  • Coordinate ocean freight, warehousing, and road transportation to ensure timely and safe vehicle delivery.
  • Manage European logistics service providers, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, tendering, contract management, and cost control.
  • Monitor vehicle transportation status and coordinate the resolution of logistics issues, vehicle damage cases, delays, and delivery risks.
  • Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, factories, dealers, headquarters, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage vehicle inventory and warehouse operations in Europe and minimize unnecessary port, storage, and logistics costs.
  • Optimize logistics processes and transportation solutions to continuously improve operational efficiency and delivery performance.
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze logistics KPIs and operational data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure logistics operations comply with relevant German and EU regulations.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor"s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finished vehicle logistics within the automotive industry.
  • Good knowledge of European finished vehicle logistics and international vehicle transportation processes.
  • Experience in logistics supplier management, tendering, and cost control.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-cultural environment.
  • Fluent English is required; German language skills are highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Chinese automotive brands or automotive market-entry projects in Europe.
  • Experience in the electric vehicle or new energy vehicle industry.
  • Familiarity with SAP, DMS, TMS, or other relevant logistics and supply chain systems.
