ENG Bauen is supporting a major international chemical operator on a large-scale, capital-intensive petrochemical construction programme in Germany, forming part of a long-term energy transition and circular economy investment. The project is now moving through a critical construction-to-handover phase, where vendor integration, site readiness, and mechanical completion discipline are central to maintaining schedule and de-risking commissioning.

We are seeking Junior Engineers to support daily vendor activities and package execution across process units, utilities, and offsites. These roles are fully site-based and operate at the interface between Construction, QA/QC, Vendors, and Commissioning, providing exposure to system handover processes and the opportunity to develop into full site execution responsibilities.

This role is ideal for junior engineers seeking on-site experience with vendors and construction coordination, with clear career progression into site execution and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary site interface between vendors and the project team.
• Coordinate vendor mobilisation, onboarding, and safety briefings.
• Support vendors during installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Track and close vendor punch lists, deficiencies, and open technical actions.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor activities, inspections, and progress.
• Collaborate with Construction, QA/QC, and Completions teams to align vendor work with project schedules.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical or engineering background (Mechanical, E&I, or similar).
• 0–3 years of experience on EPC/industrial construction projects preferred.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• English proficiency required.
• Willingness to work in a hands‑on, site‑based environment.
