At VARM, we're looking for an experienced Venture Development Associate (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. If you want to take ownership in a dynamic environment and help build our network of trade partners, we look forward to your application.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ownership of acquiring and retaining new trade partners – from initial outreach through pitching and contract negotiation to successful onboarding
• Building and maintaining relationships with trade businesses (roofers, carpenters, insulation specialists)
• Managing and developing our outreach channels and processes
• Helping shape how partners will bring their own customer inquiries into the VARM network in the future
• Working closely with the founding team and colleagues from Partner Acquisition & Success
• Helping shape our growth strategy in new regions

Your profile

• A hands-on, structured, operationally focused way of working
• Experience in sales, business development, or partner management, ideally in a B2B context
• Ideally experience in the construction or skilled trades sector
• Strong communication skills and empathy when dealing with a wide range of contacts
• Resilient and able to handle stress, even at a fast pace
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel
• Tech-savvy, ideally with experience in Airtable, Claude & Co.
• Fluent, business-level German; English a plus
• Eager to work in a startup with a high degree of personal responsibility
