YOUR ROLE

As a Venture Manager, you'll own and lead venture-client projects for some of Europe's leading industrial companies — running the full cycle end-to-end: needs identification, startup scouting and evaluation, pilot design, and ensuring collaborations generate measurable business results.

This is a role for someone who already knows how to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and wants real ownership from day one. Based in Helsinki, Stockholm or Munich, you'll work closely with colleagues and clients across the Nordics, DACH and the wider European ecosystem — with room to grow into broader member and portfolio responsibility.

YOUR IMPACT

• Manage and grow client relationships with focus on high-quality service delivery – based on long-term collaboration and impact creation.
• Own and deliver venture-client projects end-to-end with hands-on engagement
• Run client executive updates, decision materials and project documentation for your projects
• Identify opportunities to expand existing collaborations and create additional member value
• Represent Combient Foundry at member meetings, partner events and industry gatherings
• Share learnings, tools and best practices with colleagues across regions

YOUR PROFILE

• A technical or technology-oriented background — engineering, applied sciences, industrial technology or technical innovation
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience — in the area of consulting, corporate innovation, or industrial companies (strong plus)
• Proven track record running complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives to tangible outcomes
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and very good project-management and coordination skills
• Strong track record in emerging technologies, industrial innovation, R&D, or corporate-startup collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders ranging from project teams to executive management.
• Professional fluency in English. More languages are a plus.
