Ansell is seeking a Vertical Sales Specialist Scientific to join our Germanic Industrial & Lifesciences sales team , with the position based in the northern region of Germany (Marburg, Gießen, and Hannover ).
In this position you will play a vital role in promoting and selling Ansell’s products and services to achieve or exceed targeted sales within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
- Hit/exceed sales targets for Ansell products across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, aligned to the regional go‑to‑market strategy
- Promote and grow the Ansell, Kimtech, BioClean brands; develop promotional programs & services at dedicated end‑users via specialized distributors in Pharma, Research, Semiconductor segments
- Maximize conversions and sustain recurring business through value‑based selling and end‑user/distributor loyalty; manage a dynamic account list aligned with regional priorities
- Plan & execute monthly sales/conversion plans; build account strategies; manage SFDC pipeline and maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce)
- Build stakeholder relationships at site/regional decision levels; represent Ansell at trade shows, exhibitions, industry forums
- Identify & prioritize new opportunities; run regular meetings with end‑users and scientific/generalist distributors; share market & competitor intelligence
- Forecast and report sales & pipeline; control pricing & expenses to meet profit objectives
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Scientific EMEA Strategic Channel (Distributors), Business Development (Channel & End User), and End User teams; support/guide TSMs; work with Customer Service and Quality on complaints
- Ensure compliance with legislation, trading terms, company policy & ethics; deliver on personal development plans; recommend trade/pricing/discount/credit changes when needed
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in B2B selling/ channel experience
- Expert in consultative selling-like methodologies/approaches
- Knowledge of industry, end-users, and distribution network in Germany
- Self-starter with strong self-disciplined, and effective team player
- Excellent listening, negotiating and communication skills
- Sound analytical skills
- Knowledge of PPE industry is a plus
- Languages: Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
This role requires frequent domestic travel (50-75%) and occasional international travel.
