Your tasks

• Actively reaching out to private customers
• Consulting and sale of fiber optic connections as well as telecommunications products and services
• Establishing trusting customer relationships in a personal conversation
• Arranging consultation appointments and forwarding them to Telekom Shops
• Clarifying outstanding customer orders and maintaining relevant data
• Supporting regional sales campaigns

Your profile

• Completed vocational training, for example as a merchant in retail trade, wholesale and foreign trade management clerk, or a comparable commercial or sales-related qualification
• Over one year of professional experience in sales, field service or direct sales
• Confident and convincing appearance
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working
• Enjoying personal customer contact
• Knowledge of the telecommunications environment or willingness to develop it
• Willingness to travel in the sales area
