Vice President, Client Partnership - Consumer & Services (C&S) (m/f/d)

We're looking for a Vice President, Client Partnership – Consumer & Services (C&S) (m/f/d) to join our team in Germany in a hybrid working mode. As a Vice President, Client Partnership, you will shape and grow strategic account relationships with leading Consumer & Services organizations across retail, consumer goods, travel and hospitality sectors. This role will be critical in supporting clients through their digital transformation journey by advising on technology strategies, delivering tailored solutions and driving business results. You will have a significant impact on revenue growth and client success by combining strategic thinking with practical execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute account strategies aligned with clients' business objectives across the Consumer & Services sector
• Own strategic account management to grow existing relationships and develop new opportunities
• Serve as an advisor to senior and C-level stakeholders on emerging technology trends and strategies
• Analyze market dynamics and translate insights into client-relevant recommendations
• Shape solutions, scope and pricing, and lead seamless transitions from sales to delivery
• Develop and maintain strong senior-level relationships with clients, partners and internal leadership
• Collaborate with internal business unit leaders and subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed assigned targets across the account portfolio
• Support pre-sales processes by assessing opportunities and developing proposals or presentations
• Contribute to organizational goals through alignment with EPAM's business objectives

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategic account management, business development or related roles
• Proven track record in closing new business and managing large accounts within Consumer & Services industries
• Strong network and in-depth knowledge of the German/DACH Consumer & Services market
• Specialized expertise in data & analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks) and SAP solutions, with a track record of positioning these within complex enterprise deals
• Experience in SAP enterprise consulting, deployment or transformation engagements is a strong plus
• Expertise in consultative-selling and solution-based approaches for complex technology engagements
• Ability to credibly present technology and services solutions to C-level executives
• Strong understanding of digital, cloud, data and emerging technology solutions
• Commercial acumen, including experience in revenue ownership, pricing and deal structuring
• Capability to balance strategic planning and operational execution to deliver client value
• Fluency in German and English
