Vice President, Engineering – Servicing Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Agile divisions focused on innovation and quality
• Communicate and promote the culture of the company
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish aligned mission
• Oversee talent acquisition roadmaps and succession plans
• Prepare and deliver reviews and compensation adjustments
• Identify and drive adoption of best practices

Qualifications

• 11 years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, and/or product
• 9 years of experience in leading software delivery teams
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Recognized excellence in leading divisional initiatives
• Extensive experience building self-organizing teams
• Knowledge of Agile metrics such as sustainability and productivity
• Demonstrated ability to meet delivery goals across multiple divisions
