Own and drive international growth across your territory (UK and Europe), building a strong pipeline of franchise opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships
Lead the full lifecycle of franchise development – from prospecting and cold outreach through to negotiation, due diligence and deal closure
Identify and secure master franchise partnerships, consistently delivering against ambitious growth and revenue targets
Represent Corcoran at the highest level, engaging with C-suite, high-net-worth individuals, investors, government stakeholders and international press
Partner with internal teams, legal experts, and joint venture partners to structure and deliver commercially sound franchise agreements
Work closely with global and local stakeholders – including government bodies such as the US Department of Commerce – to open doors in new markets
Build robust business plans and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable market expansion
Lead critical conversations and negotiations, influencing outcomes and ensuring a seamless path from opportunity to signed agreement
Manage and track a dynamic pipeline, ensuring smooth execution, strong governance and timely progression of deals
Requirements
Proven success owning and delivering sales performance across a region or territory
Strong experience in franchising, including sourcing, selling and developing franchise partnerships
Ideally a solid background in real estate, with an understanding of operational models, financials and market dynamics
A confident negotiator with experience navigating complex, high‑value transactions (M&A experience a strong advantage)
Exceptional relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders globally
A proactive, resilient approach – comfortable in a high‑performance, fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Strong commercial insight, numerical capability and advanced understanding of the full sales process
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, while delivering consistently against ambitious goals
Flexibility to travel internationally across Europe (approx. 75%) and operate across cultures and markets
Bachelor's degree preferred or 7+ years experience in consultative sales environment.
5+ years consultative sales experience.
Multi‑lingual, Multi‑cultural preferred
Proven success in meeting/exceeding monthly/quarterly and annual growth targets
Stellar presentation skills
Right to work in the UK (without visa sponsorship)
