Vice President

Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a Vice President to join its Frankfurt-based investment team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and execution of private credit and investment opportunities across the European market.
• Build and review financial models, credit analyses, valuations, and investment cases.
• Structure and negotiate senior, subordinated, mezzanine, and other flexible capital solutions.
• Prepare investment committee materials and transaction analyses.
• Conduct market and company analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Manage relationships with management teams, sponsors, advisors, and lenders.
• Take ownership of transactions throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Support portfolio monitoring and ongoing investment analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Private Credit, Private Debt, Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, M&A, Structured Finance, or a related investment environment.
• Strong experience in credit analysis, financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution.
• Solid understanding of leveraged finance, capital structures, and debt financing solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead transactions and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in German; additional European languages are a plus.
