As VP Logistics Excellence & Loss Prevention, you will lead a cross-site logistics organization to drive operational excellence and safeguard inventory across Germany, Poland, and Switzerland. You’ll shape standards, investments, and end-to-end processes to enable scalable growth and superior customer satisfaction. You will steer transformation programs, optimize 3PL partnerships, and align site leadership with corporate goals. • Oversee and inspire multiple specialized teams across Germany, Poland, and Switzerland within a ~7–8 direct report and ~100 indirect employee structure
• Drive KPIs on customer defects, inventory differences, process efficiency, service levels and logistics costs
• Design and improve scalable end-to-end logistics, fulfillment, and returns processes
• Own and prioritize logistics transformation initiatives, develop business cases, manage budgets and ensure project delivery
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners (3PL) including Sulechów, Świebodzin, and St. Gallen returns operations
• Leverage data to identify opportunities and solve complex challenges
• Coordinate with shopfloor, site leadership, executives, and corporate functions

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in logistics, fulfillment, e-commerce, retail, supply chain, or operations
• University degree in a related field
• Experience managing geographically dispersed operations and multi-site networks
• Experience managing 3PL partnerships
• Proven track record in transformation, continuous improvement, automation, and change initiatives
• Strong ability to develop business cases, prioritize investments, and manage budgets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; German or Polish strongly preferred
