Your Contribution:

• As  Head of Software Product Management (m/f/d)   for one of our business areas, you  coordinate, manage, and inspire   a high-performing team of  product managers, product owners, and requirements engineers .
• You  shape and contribute to the corporate strategy , design the  end-to-end product strategy , and oversee its  successful implementation throughout the entire product lifecycle .
• With your  analytical mindset , you  monitor market trends , develop  market and competitive strategies , and regularly  review and optimize product strategies   for sustainable growth.
• In close collaboration with the development team, you  create detailed roadmaps and release plans , conduct  effort estimations , and  support product management in setting priorities .
• With your  exceptional communication skills , you actively participate in  sales events and marketing initiatives , ensuring both internal and external stakeholders are aligned with the product vision.

What You Bring:

• Several years of outstanding experience as a Product Owner (m/f/d),   ideally in  health data, digital health solutions, or health IT , with a proven track record in developing  user-centered products .
• A completed degree, preferably from a renowned university,   in  business informatics, health management, business administration , or a related field, demonstrating your  academic excellence .
• Comprehensive expertise in data management, data protection, and regulatory requirements , enabling you to craft  innovative solutions   that comply with  the highest standards .
• Extensive knowledge and experience with agile methodologies , along with  facilitation, communication, and teamwork skills   that drive successful product development.
• A passion for creative problem-solving , paired with  strong analytical skills   and  curiosity about diverse topics   –  fluent German and English skills required .
