Vice President – Strategic Partnerships

• Strengthen Prudential Group Insurance’s relationships with select strategic firms, producers, and distribution partners


• Grow relationships with regional and national contacts, including Centers of Excellence


• Provide concierge-level escalation support as the single point of contact


• Support Distribution leaders in developing and implementing local relationship strategies


• Organize, host, and participate in networking events, conferences, and partner engagement forums


• Coordinate RFI responses for product and platform partnerships


• Support development of RFP processes and sales rules of engagement


• Coordinate stewardship dialogue with partner firms


• Develop and recommend producer Supplemental Compensation Program and GA program parameters


• Support negotiations of non-standard compensation arrangements


• Track producer performance and manage firm additions and removals


• Improve accuracy, governance, and automation of reporting processes


• Coordinate with Distribution, Product, Finance, Claims, Service, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience operating at a senior level in relationship management, strategic partnerships, distribution, sales enablement, or related roles


• Comfortable using data to drive business decisions and operational excellence


• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience


• Travel up to 60%
