Vice President, Treasury

In this role you will support the capital and liquidity framework to sustain robust balance sheet position while meeting regulatory expectations. You will work within the Balance Sheet Management team to drive ICAAP processes, stress testing, and technology-driven transformation. You’ll translate stress test results into actionable insights and prepare updates for senior management on capital adequacy and regulatory expectations. You will shape scalable reporting, partner with Tech/Data teams to enhance data quality and enable automation, and contribute to the bank’s strategic capital management initiatives.

• Develop and enhance regulatory capital stress testing frameworks and ICAAP processes
• Coordinate governance activities for ICAAP, including capital planning scenarios
• Support regulatory stress testing programs (EBA, ECB) and capital management reviews
• Develop methodologies for stress testing across credit, market, operational, and liquidity risk
• Analyze stress test results and translate into management insights
• Prepare senior management updates on capital adequacy and regulatory expectations
• Contribute to technology initiatives supporting treasury and capital management
• Drive automation and improve stress testing, forecasting, reporting processes
• Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to improve data quality, lineage and controls
• Establish scalable reporting and dashboards for senior management
• Enhance analytical capabilities for stress testing and capital forecasting

• 5+ years in Treasury, Capital Management, Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting or Finance within banking
• Strong understanding of ICAAP, Capital Planning, Regulatory Stress Testing, Pillar 1 and Pillar 2, Recovery and Resolution Planning, BCBS239
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies; experience with stress testing models is a plus
• Experience interacting with regulators, auditors and senior management
• Proven project and delivery management with ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface in a multi-cultural environment
• Degree in statistics, business finance, economics, mathematics, or related field
• High PC literacy and strong Excel skills; Python is a plus
• Ability to research and apply regulatory best practices and improvements to processes
• Independent, highly motivated, able to work in dynamic environment
