Videographer, Photographer – Social Media

Responsibilities

• Production and post-production of social media content (videos/photos for Reels, Stories, TikTok short-form) — from concept to the final clip
• Independent planning, organization and execution of video shoots and photo shoots — including casting and location scouting as well as coordination of teams and equipment
• Active involvement in building and expanding our production department and supporting its long-term development
• Image and video editing: editing, color grading, retouching and image optimization for all relevant channels
• Lighting setup and on-set audio recording
• Development of creative storytelling and visual concepts together with our creative team
• Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all digital channels

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in video production and camera work with a clear social media focus
• Equally solid experience in professional photography — you have independently run shoots (product, lifestyle, campaign)
• Excellent knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects and Lightroom
• A good sense for storytelling, aesthetics and digital trends
• You work independently, are structured and have a strong quality awareness
• You enjoy taking responsibility and managing your own projects from idea to execution
• Team-player mentality and confident communication on set
• Business-fluent German (at least C1)
• Valid Class B driving license
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics is an advantage
