Key responsabilities :

• You will assist our asset managers in the daily operations of our logistics real estate portfolio, gaining invaluable insights into the industry.
• You will help update quarterly asset management reports and fund reports, enhancing your analytical and reporting abilities.
• You will collaborate with the team to regularly update asset business plans in Soneka, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• You will get involved in preparing for strategic lease negotiations to boost the cash flow and valuation of our assets.
• You will work with the asset management team and our SRI department on various exciting ESG initiatives, making a real impact on sustainability.
• You will conduct regular quality checks on external property management reports, ensuring excellence in our operations.
• You will assist in maintaining documents within AEW's internal systems, honing your organizational and administrative skills.

You have at least bachelor’s degree in Real estate and/or Finance. You possess strong analytical skills and can approach tasks in a structured manner, effectively prioritizing their workload. You should be perceptive and able to quickly grasp complex connections and relationships within our projects. You are proactive and professional communication skills are a must; you'll be interacting with various departments, so clarity and effectiveness are key. We are looking for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a challenging international environment. This position is only open to candidates eligible for the Business France V.I.E program: Proficiency in Excel and all basic MS Office applications is crucial for success in this role. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a valuable bonus.
