V.I.E. - 12 months - Junior Asset Manager - F/M

You will join the team as a Junior Asset Manager.

Main responsibilities

• Consolidate the German Asset Management, Development and leasing activities
• Support in consolidating the Asset Management, Development and leasing activities
• Prepare consolidated reporting and financial analysis

As a Junior Asset Manager you participate in

• Regular asset management & fund reporting together with the responsible Asset Manager
• Regular business plan updates for local asset managers, as well as ad hoc updates to evaluate alternatives in lease negotiations
• Preparation of asset reviews allowing our senior management to have a condensed strategic view on the properties & portfolio
• Support the asset managers on project level with the follow-up of developments (especially cash flows and cash forecasts on monthly basis) as well as steering of the property managers

Qualifications and Skills

• Finance or/and Real estate degree, with focus on real estate and project management and a minimum 1 year of professional experience in finance or/and real estate
• Excellent level with Excel and ability to understand valuation of essential real estate key data on asset level and improvement
• Motivated to work in an international environment and with high grade of communication, diplomacy, independence and cash flow modelling skills
• Perfectly fluent in English and German

Eligibility and Requirements

• Business France V.I.E program eligibility: French or European citizens
• Aged between 18 and 28
• From a country other than the host country
• Graduates
• Proficiency in Excel and all basic MS Office applications is crucial for success in this role
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a valuable bonus
