The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international initiative sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment. It offers young professionals valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. Your Location

The Donauwörth site, situated on the banks of the Danube, develops helicopters from initial concept to airworthy product. Work onsite with the on‑site test airfield and collaborate internationally.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• Process Architecture: Lead Improvement to define and document new lean, company‑wide audit standards.
• Data & Insights: Build global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting structures providing real‑time value to senior management.
• Global Networking: Interface with Audit entities across the Airbus Group to ensure alignment and best‑practice sharing.
• Future Auditor Path: Gain training to become a qualified Internal Auditor.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• University degree in IT, Business Administration, Communication, Engineering or equivalent.
• Motivated to grow within a fast‑paced, industrial environment.
• Ability to identify risks within complex processes and curiosity about how large organizations stay efficient.
• High ethical standards and commitment to company values.
• Fluency in English; ability to collaborate across borders and functions.
