YOUR MISSIONS

Corporate Access is part of the service offering of the Equity Brokerage to institutional investors. These institutional investors are interested to meet with senior management of listed companies through roadshows and conferences. During a roadshow the management travels to a European or US city to meet the investors during 1on1 and/or group meetings to discuss their latest financials and strategy. A conference is similar it only means that we host several listed companies and multiple investors in one venue on the same day.

The Corporate Access team designs and organises these events while also functioning as an account manager to the investor relations teams of the listed companies and working closely together with the equity sales and research teams.

• - Plan, organize, and carry out high-quality equity roadshows (both transactional and non-transactional), field trips, conferences, reverse roadshows/investor visits, and teach-ins
• - Interacting with Analysts, Sales Representatives, and Investor Relations Departments
• - Interacting with Equity Partners (ABN-AMRO, NATIXIS, Commerzbank, RBI, BBVA)
• - Serve as a liaison with institutional clients
• - Provide timely updates to internal and external clients, including 1-on-1 and group attendance updates, logistics and final schedules, and cost.
• - In charge of the creation and distribution of marketing materials: graphics, merchandising
• - Attend conferences and other events to ensure smooth logistics
• - Update CRM, Update Sales List of events
• - Managing Invoice flow (checking and adding in the system)

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• - Master's degree with a financial or business-related specialization, ideally from leading business school (Grande École de Commerce)
• - Autonomous but appreciative of teamwork
• - Pro-active, ability to work in a dynamic environment, service minded and have a "can-do attitude"
• - Communication skills in English (written and verbal), and intermediate computer skills, including knowledge and experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• - Be able to share and represent ODDO BHFs company values
• - Fluent in English, at least basic German skills are a plus
