Job Overview: We seek a dynamic and creative Virtual Social Media Influencer Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Partnership Management: Identify, recruit, and build relationships with social media influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to drive brand awareness and engagement. Negotiate contracts and manage ongoing relationships with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. Develop and maintain a database of influencer contacts and manage influencer outreach and communication.
• Campaign Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals. Create detailed campaign briefs, including objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and communicate these to influencers effectively. Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of content and oversee the execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish.
• Content Creation and Collaboration: Work with influencers to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas that resonate with target audiences and align with brand messaging. Review and approve influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards and campaign requirements. Provide influencers with guidelines and support to ensure content is on-brand and effectively communicates key messages.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using analytics tools and metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize influencer strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
• Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging influencers, and new social media platforms to inform strategy and identify opportunities. Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and behaviors and leverage this information to enhance influencer partnerships.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with financial goals. Track and report on budget expenditures and return on investment for influencer campaigns.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and creative, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution. Communicate effectively with influencers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve campaign objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related role, with a proven track record of successful influencer campaigns.
• Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive strategic decisions. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media analytics tools and content management systems.
