In this role, you will lead a globally distributed team to shape a resilient, user-centric automotive product portfolio and unify the division’s portfolio management. You will drive strategy, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate market-winning concepts into sales-ready offerings. Your focus is on aligning product and innovation with long-term business goals, market trends, and technology partnerships. You will influence go-to-market strategy and system-level integration across in-cabin experiences, driving impact at scale.

• Coordinate portfolio governance by consolidating business unit lineups into a coherent, strategy-aligned portfolio
• Define and track KPIs and controls to meet business objectives
• Foster entrepreneurial culture and cross-functional collaboration within a high-performing product organization
• Translate market insights into transformative product opportunities and adapt to market shifts
• Synchronize innovation and portfolio development with long-term strategic goals; accelerate time-to-market via tech scouting and partnerships
• Oversee cross-product synergies in user experience, value proposition, and technical design across the in-cabin portfolio
• Manage pre-production car integration, product validation, and creation of compelling product demonstrators

• Proven track record launching and profitably executing electronics and software products
• Experience defining and executing multi-unit product portfolios
• Knowledge of cost structures and revenue streams for profitable growth
• Experience building and scaling product organizations, governance, tools, and best practices
• Ability to lead in a global matrix organization with cross-functional stakeholders (product, sales, marketing, strategy)
• Results and detail-oriented with accountability; strong communication including with C-level
