VP of Investor Relations (m/f/x)

In this role you will lead Skeleton's investor relations and capital markets activities to communicate the growth story and secure capital for scaling. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to engage global investors and strategic partners, shaping messaging and strategy. You will guide financing and strategic transactions that unlock significant value for customers and drive energy storage leadership. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-scaling tech company with a clear climate mission. You will be at the center of investor engagement, fundraising, and strategic deal-making that fuels growth.

• Lead and execute investor relations and capital markets strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, strategic partners, and financial stakeholders globally
• Communicate technology, strategy, and financial performance to the investment community
• Prepare and deliver investor materials, updates, and strategic messaging
• Support and lead fundraising initiatives, strategic financing, and large-scale investments
• Structure and negotiate hundreds-of-millions-of-euros financing and partnership deals with executive leadership
• Provide market intelligence and investor feedback to the CEO and leadership team
• Represent the company at investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows
• Coordinate with finance, strategy, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging

• Significant experience in investor relations, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance
• Proven track record of working on large capital raises or strategic transactions
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technology and growth strategies to investors
• Experience engaging with global investors and financial institutions
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic mindset for a fast-scaling technology company
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, technology, or deep-tech is a strong plus
