Role Summary

The Deployment Associate is responsible for configuring, testing, and preparing POS and credit card equipment for deployment, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.

Responsibilities

• Configuration, installation, and customer‑specific customization of POS and credit card devices, including software loading ("imaging")
• Programming, performing functional tests and quality checks, as well as packaging and shipping POS systems, payment terminals, accessories, and consumable materials
• Processing and fulfilling daily customer orders while adhering to defined quality, process, and time requirements
• Conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining and updating inventory records
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and security requirements
• Testing, cleaning, sorting, and refurbishing devices for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes and reuse
• Performing general activities in the areas of deployment, warehouse management, and device refurbishment as required

Qualifications

• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to remain focused, accurate, and quality‑oriented while working under pressure
• Ability to perform shipping processes, including packaging and pallet preparation
• Knowledge of return and repair processes (RMA) is desirable
• Willingness to comply with quality, attendance, and performance standards
• Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to independently organize and complete tasks
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Basic English skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
