We are looking for an organised, reliable and hands‑on Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Lead Germany (m/f/d) to join our warehouse team in Pulheim.

This role combines daily coordination of the warehouse team with active operational work. The successful candidate will not only lead and organise warehouse activities, but will also actively support goods receipt, storage, scanning, picking, packing, dispatch preparation and stock checks.

Very good English and German skills are required, as both languages are needed for daily communication, documentation and cooperation with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily work of the warehouse team and ensure all logistical activities are completed on time, accurately and according to process.
• Set priorities, support the team during busy periods and deputise for the Logistics Manager when required.

Goods In

• Support loading and unloading of delivered goods.
• Check quantity, type and condition of received goods and record damaged, missing or faulty items.
• Ensure incoming goods are properly documented, scanned and stored.

Storage and Stock Control

• Allocate storage space and keep accurate records of goods, locations and quantities.
• Use PDA handheld devices or similar systems to scan, locate and track products.
• Perform stock checks and help resolve inventory discrepancies.

Goods Out

• Pick goods based on picking lists and ensure all picked goods are recorded correctly.
• Prepare dispatch notes, labels and shipment documentation.
• Pack, move and stage goods for delivery and enter completed shipments into UPS WorldShip or similar systems.

Other Duties

• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organised warehouse environment.
• Carry out or coordinate forklift, racking and ladder checks.
• Support practical improvements in warehouse processes.

Your Profile

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, stock control or similar operational roles.
• Experience as Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader Warehouse, Lagerleiter or similar.
• Strong hands‑on mentality and willingness to actively work in daily warehouse operations.
• Experience with PDA scanners, ERP/WMS systems or shipping tools such as UPS WorldShip.
• Structured, reliable and accurate working style.
• Ability to coordinate a small team and communicate clearly.
• Very good English and German skills.
