We are looking for a water aerobics instructor to lead classes at a facility in Sun City West, outdoor heated pool. 9AM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Pay: $40.00 per 60 minute class. 5 participants average per class.

Instructors should be able to create and uphold the GYMGUYZ brand standard through intelligently designing classes and provide a variety of exercises that are fresh, innovative, fun and have a science-based methodology and approach to training.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications / Skills

• Current First Aid, CPR/AED certification required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year previous experience and class instruction experience preferred.
• Group Instructor Certification and/or experience with 55+ audience preferred.
• Ability to speak with volume to direct an outdoor class.
• Ability to lead a class and pay attention to the class movements at the same time; willingness to respond to client’s questions or concerns.
• Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards; attention to detail, accuracy and meeting timeliness is a must.

Compensation: $40.00 per hour
