We, the "epilots," are a team of experts in software development, the energy industry, product management, and sales. To accelerate our solution's ascent in the energy world, we are currently looking for you as a (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d).

What you’ll do in your role:

• You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the complex requirements of both internal and external stakeholders

• Working collaboratively with our software engineers, you will be involved in developing new features and optimizing existing ones

• In a cross-functional capacity, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating various product streams to further enhance epilot's core features and competitive advantages

• Leveraging your strong analytical skills and in-depth understanding of our customers, you will strategically position and differentiate our product in the market

• Your role will involve making informed decisions based on the evaluation of KPIs, customer feedback, and market analyses

• You have already gained relevant professional experience in digital product or project management and can look back on proven successes

• You have a deep understanding of technology and eCommerce, business processes and functional dependencies

• You have a high degree of flexibility and creativity

• You have a strong do-IT mentality and are a person who likes the unconventional

• You have experience working with developers on platforms and their methodologies like Agile (Scrum, Kanban etc.), Remote Team, etc.

• You are able to decidequickly andsmart and weigh risk intelligently

• You always keep the big picture in mind, but can work at the microscopic level with lightning speed

• You are open to constructive feedback

• You are a TEAM player, motivating and inspiring your people

• Very good German skills are necessary in this position

• A good sense of humor and respect for yourself and your colleagues
