Wholesale Account Executive – Premium Lifestyle Brand

Mode Search is supporting a premium international lifestyle brand in the search for a Wholesale Account Executive to drive wholesale growth across the German market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international business, taking ownership of key customer relationships while driving new business and sustainable sales growth.

The role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Hamburg. The position reports into the Sales Manager and includes regular travel to customer meetings.

The Role

• Manage and develop wholesale accounts across the region, driving sales growth and premium distribution.
• Build strong relationships with existing partners while identifying and onboarding new customers.
• Take ownership of customer performance through regular follow-up and commercial support.
• Maintain a visible presence in the market through customer meetings and store visits.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and sales performance analysis.
• Work closely with headquarters and the wider sales team to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Organise your own schedule and travel to maximise market opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–4 years' experience in account management or wholesale sales.
• A strong affinity for premium lifestyle brands.
• Highly independent, ambitious and commercially driven.
• Experience within childrenswear, homeware or lifestyle is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable travelling regularly and working remotely while staying closely connected with the wider team.
