Senior O2C Specialist – German Speaker (Porto) – Relocation Support Available

Join a leading global provider of diabetes medical technology and play a key role in ensuring patients and healthcare professionals receive life‑changing medical devices accurately and on time.

As a Senior O2C Specialist , you will manage the full Order‑to‑Cash cycle , acting as the primary contact for German‑speaking customers while ensuring compliance within a regulated medical‑device environment.

• Manage the end‑to‑end O2C process
• Process, validate, and monitor customer orders with high accuracy
• Coordinate shipments and product availability with logistics teams
• Handle billing, invoicing & payment‑related inquiries
• Investigate and resolve order or billing discrepancies
• Collaborate with supply chain, finance & customer service teams
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, KPIs & SLAs

What we’re looking for

• Fluent German (C1+)
• Experience in Order‑to‑Cash, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication & problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work on‑site in Porto
• Meal allowance: 300€ (current policy); from 01/01/2026: 7.63€ net per working day
• 3,000€ welcome bonus (subject to company policy)
• Permanent contract with 90‑day trial period
• Health insurance from Day 1

Relocation package (if moving to Portugal)

• Studio in company‑shared accommodation from Day 1, 280€ / month (deducted from payslip), up to 12 months duration
