Work Planner / SAP Master Data Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a

You will actively participate in the implementation, further development, and support of the SAP S/4HANA ERP system, with a focus on master data, production, and variant configuration, along with
You will be responsible for creating and editing product master data (maximum work plans and bills of materials for in-house manufactured items) as well as ensuring their optimal mapping
Your responsibilities include identifying, developing, and defining cost-optimized production processes and manufacturing times in accordance with REFA principles or MTM, taking ergonomic considerations into account
You will support the production departments with SAP-specific issues (confirmations, postings, traceability)

You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field
You have some professional experience in work planning or master data management
Ideally, you already have experience working with the SAP modules PP and VC, or you can quickly acquire the necessary expertise thanks to your excellent ability to grasp new concepts
You have extensive expertise in lean management
You have experience in time management (REFA, MTM)
You demonstrate a high degree of initiative, enjoy taking on responsibility, and are known for your structured and analytical approach to work
You demonstrate a strong drive to succeed and possess a high degree of team spirit and reliability
You are proficient in using MS Office applications
You have good written and spoken German and English skills
