Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant

As a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant at Accenture, you will help clients maximize their Workday investment through advisory and end-to-end HR transformations. You will lead workstreams, conduct workshops, and contribute to innovative methods for Absence and Time Tracking. • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices for Absence and Time Tracking to shape the functional solution
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies across engagements
• Host workshops and lead discussions in Absence Management and Time Tracking topics
• Independently lead workstreams and report progress
• Liaise with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to deliver a robust solution
• Support innovation by creating new industry-leading methods and assets

• Experience implementing Workday HCM / Absence / Time or comparable platforms (e.g., UKG, ADP Enterprise eTime, Infor, Cronos)
• Willingness and ability to travel as required; manage teams and client interactions
• Strong stakeholder management ensuring alignment and requirement fulfillment
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment; meet deadlines; strong analytical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
