Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits Consultant

In this role you drive Workday-based HR transformations for large clients, focusing on HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits. You will collaborate with stakeholders across global teams, lead workstreams, and host workshops to shape functional solutions. The position sits within Accenture’s Workday practice, emphasizing rapid deployments and end-to-end transformations. You’ll contribute to innovation and leverage a global network to deliver value for some of the world’s largest companies.

• Collaborate with clients on HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits to design fit-for-purpose solutions
• Host workshops and lead discussions aligned with your area of expertise
• Independently lead your workstream and report on progress
• Manage diverse teams and coordinate client interactions to exceed expectations
• Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to ensure outcomes
• Contribute to developing new industry-leading methods and assets

• Experience implementing Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation / Benefits or comparable platforms
• Ability to travel as required and manage teams and client interactions
• Thrives in a dynamic, diverse environment with deadlines and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; fluency in English and German
• Strong HR background with Workday exposure, including data migration tools and security framework
• Up-to-date Workday certifications and additional Benefits certifications
• Mid-level Workday experience
