Overview

As a Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits Consultant, you’ll join Accenture’s Workday Practice and help clients transform HR through cloud-based solutions. You will lead workstreams, collaborate with clients, and drive end-to-end Workday implementations across HCM, compensation, and benefits. You’ll work with a global network of colleagues, sharing innovations and assets to accelerate value. This role offers diverse, large-scale projects and opportunities to shape HR transformation.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Collaborate with clients on HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits to design functional solutions
Host workshops and lead discussions in your areas of expertise
Independently lead your workstream and report progress
Guide diverse teams through implementation and liaise with clients and Workday
Drive innovation by creating new methods and reusable assets
Support rapid deployments and end-to-end transformations

Zentrale Anforderungen

Prior experience implementing Workday HCM/Compensation/Advanced Compensation/Benefits or related platforms
Ability to travel as required and manage client interactions
Thrive in a dynamic environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication in English and German (verbal and written)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fluency in English and German
Strong HR background with Workday experience in HCM and/or Compensation/Benefits
Experience with Workday Data Migration tools and Security framework
Up-to-date Workday certifications; mid-level Workday experience; additional Benefits certifications
Fluency in another language is a plus
